The first signs of Fall.
This leaf was on a Christmas Card I received many years ago, it was a decoupaged card and I saved it as it was a very unusual one.
I think the plant the leaf belongs to is called Pipal and is found in India.
Photography is something you get immersed in. You lose yourself in shooting, and all your worries and daily stresses just melt away. --------------------------------------------------- Photography is one of my favorite hobbies. This blog is a collection of some of my snapshots.
Beautiful pics Sue!
ReplyDeleteI especially love the one with the pages of the book. Love the shape of the shadows!
Siner Ella I am glad you like them and thank you for leaving your comment.

Wow. I love the way you did the leaves of the book, all fanned out with that with the shadows to make them more dramatic. Nice fall leaves, too, and the decoupaged leaf card is unique and intriguing. I'm glad you kept it!
ReplyDeleteThank you Karen! The picture of the book is an old one I had taken some years ago and used for a series of shadow pictures I used to post on my craft blog every weekend called "Weekend Shadows".
DeleteIt is one of my favorites too.
Sue.
I love that Christmas card leave, that's so beautiful. I think I may have one such leaf but in pink. Got to search for it.
